ClearBuild Texas welcomes inquiries from architects and interior designers serving Austin and the Texas Hill Country. Project fit, roles, pricing, and any proposed collaboration should be confirmed in writing.
Call or email ClearBuild to discuss a specific project or potential working relationship. Referrals, awards, and portal access are not guaranteed.

ClearBuild coordinates with architects and project participants under the responsibilities, documents, and procedures agreed for each project. Contract terms control scope, selections, approvals, and change management.
Scope in writing
Project scope, approved drawings, specifications, and change procedures are defined by the applicable written agreement.
Document proposed changes
Ask how proposed substitutions or scope changes are reviewed, approved, and recorded for the project.
Track project questions
Questions from the field can be handled through the communication and documentation process agreed for the project.
Plan close-out
Close-out steps and punch-list responsibilities follow the project scope and written agreement.
